A note for you.
The mind is loud right now. I know. You are managing too many tabs, holding too many threads, and somewhere in there you have stopped being able to hear yourself decide. So you came looking for movement, because movement is the cleanest reset you have. Good. You are right about that. The body, when it is asked something honest, returns the favor in focus.
We will write your training down so you do not have to carry it. The plan lives on the board. Your job is to show up and follow it. That sounds small, but it is the whole gift, every other room in your life asks you to think; this one asks you to move. The thinking happens once, on paper, in advance. By the time you arrive there is nothing left to decide. The brain quiets. The work gets done. You leave with a head you can use.
